But, exactly, it was not done by the MLB. Lord knows what happens in BALCO. After everything that they have done and said, are you really going to believe them? I wont. If the MLB had done it, it would be different, but BALCO is a joke.

I will agree with you that it IS a witch hunt and focuses on Barry when there are plenty of individuals to go after but Barry is the big name.
However that does not discount that Bonds cheated. So you think it is far fetched to believe that they would have records of a failed steriods test among ALL the other evidence (such as shipment records, doping calendars, etc)? It is just as implausible to believe that Barry was not knowingly doing steriods as it is to think that OJ is innocent. But I will repeat my stance that there should be no asterics or the like as baseball knew this was going on and did nothing and from most players accounts, there was a higher percentage of pitchers juicing than position players... we will never know who did what, so it is just time to move and and try to get rid of it going forward. _____________________________________________________

Oh, so, yeah, that makes sense. We have nothing better to do so let's make it our mission in life to prove Barry's guiltness, when, according to Canseco, 85% of the league was using.
Well, if they do bring it out, I really wouldnt believe it and not because it is Barry. BALCO is in a terrible position. They have completely ruined their company, and they are in a situation where lying no longer matters. I feel like they would bring anything up just to save their asses.
