to those of us that live in this area and know Al, that was as easy of pick to predict as Jake Long to the Dolphins AFTER he signed his contract.

Well, the Chiefs get Dorsey now. And, in a way, it's Al Davis fault... It's gonna be interesting to see the Chiefs D stop McFadden in the future.

What a freakin steal for KC. The best player in the draft hands down at #5!

Gholston... Wonder what will the Pats do now, as Gholston was the guy they clearly wanted. A trade, maybe? Or a CB or Rivers... I would be surprised if they make a different move.

Lots, but mostly rumors:

1.- We tried to trade for Lito Sheppard, but the Eagles wanted our second round pick. The offer was Clayton and a 3rd, but that seems to be dead now.

2.- Gruden says we're gonna look for playmakers, not ruling out any position. Probably CB/WR (Mike Jenkins and Desean Jackson/Limas Sweed are pretty high on the Bucs board), although I wouldn't be shocked if we go RB if Stewart or Mendenhall fall to us (as Graham is b*tching about his contract and nobody knows what will happen with Caddy).

Personally, I'd rather draft Kevin Smith in a later round and add a CB/WR in the first.

btw, the Seahawks are openly shopping their pick, unless somebody they do like falls to them.

haha... I KNEW it. The Saints trade up above the Bengals and get Sedrick Ellis.

Which is a move I HATE as a Bucs fan... :banghead:

Yep. Good move by Baltimore. Now they'll be able to get Flacco, Brohm or Henne late in the first round

As for the Jags, they got Harvey. I don't think he's worth that leap in the first round...

great move by baltimore. By moving down 18 spots, they got 2 3rd round picks and 1 4th rounder. great move.

Rivers to the Bengals. Good pick, considering that Ellis wasn't available anymore. Of course, it was the pick "by default" for Cincy at this point.

McKelvin to the Bills and Clady to Denver. Two safe picks.

Now let's see what Carolina does after Jacksonville traded up for Harvey, who was the guy they wanted to get in the first round.
