I'll use this one for my latest mock...

1.- Miami: Jake Long (OT).- Boldest pick of my mock

2.- St. Louis Rams: Chris Long (DE).- Haslett wants Dorsey. The Rams front office prefers Chris Long.

3.- Atlanta Falcons: Matt Ryan (QB).- Dorsey would have a bigger impact next season, but I think Atlanta will finally go with a guy to build their offense around long term. And a QB helps selling tickets more than a DT.

4.- Oakland Raiders: Glenn Dorsey (DT).- I'm sure Al will think twice before making this pick, due to McFadden's outstanding potential, but Dorsey fits a bigger need, has a chance to be a dominating DT and I'm sure they'll want to give a chance to Michael Bush at RB (as Fargas sidekick, that is).

5.- KC Chiefs: Vernon Gholston (DE/OLB).- Jared Allen's replacement comes with the first of their two picks.

6.- NY Jets: Darren McFadden (RB).- Not really a need, but they can't let the best player in the whole draft keep falling. Adrian Peterson is a good example of what players like these can do.

7.- New England Patriots: Keith Rivers (LB).- I think the Saints have a good chance of trading to this spot to pick Sedrick Ellis, but as I don't consider trades in my mocks, if the Pats stay here, Rivers would be an immediate impact player for a LB corps that are getting too old.

8.- Baltimore Ravens: Ryan Clady (OT).- The Ravens know Ogden's career is over, and they have to replace him. Clady is the second best OT in this draft (even tho I keep reading about several teams that consider Jeff Otah as the second best).

9.- Cincinatti Bengals: Sedrick Ellis (DT).- One of the biggest holes in the Bengals D was their DTs. They tried to trade for Dewayne Robertson this offseason and failed, so now they look at the draft to fill that spot... and hit the jackpot with Ellis, who I think will have a better career than Dorsey. That is, of course, unless the Saints trade up for Ellis.

10.- New Orleans Saints: Mike Jenkins (CB).- With no DT available worth going this high, I think NO will focus on some other positions of need on D. Mike Jenkins would be a big boost for a secondary that lacks true playmakers.

11.- Buffalo Bills: Devin Thomas (WR)

12.- Denver Broncos: Jeff Otah (OT)

13.- Carolina Panthers: Derrick Harvey (DE)

14.- Chicago Bears: Chris Williams (OT)

15.- Detroit Lions: Jonathan Stewart (RB).

16.- Arizona Cardinals: Leodis McKelvin (CB).

17.- KC Chiefs: Branden Albert (OT).

18.- Houston Texans: Rashard Mendenhall (RB).

19.- Philadelphia Eagles: Malcolm Kelly (WR).

20.- Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (CB).-
I think the front office has enough doubts about DeSean Jackson to go with CB, another position of need, in the first round.

21.- Washington Redskins: Phillip Merling (DE).

22.- Dallas Cowboys: Aquib Talib (CB).

23.- Pittsburgh Steelers: Gosder Cherilus (OT).

24.- Tennesse Titans: Limas Sweed (WR).

25.- Seattle Seahawks: DeSean Jackson (WR).-
The Seahawks have built their defense in the last few drafts. Now it's time to focus on rebuilding an offense that's getting old. Jackson adds a big play potential to the passing game that they lack.

26.- Jacksonville Jaguars: Kentwan Balmer (DT).

27.- San Diego Chargers: Kenny Phillips (S).

28.- Dallas Cowboys: Felix Jones (RB).-
I fully expect the Cowboys (and/or Jacksonville) to trade down and somebody (Baltimore?) to trade up and grab Brian Brohm, Chad Henne or Flacco here... but as I don't do trades, Jones is the pick.

29.- San Francisco 49ers: Dan Connor (LB).- A WR is a bigger need, but with Jackson already picked, I think they'll play it safe and pick their WR with their second round.

30.- Green Bay Packers: Brandon Flowers (CB).

31.- New England Patriots: Forfeited.

32.- NY Giants: Jerod Mayo (LB).

You got the Top 4 positions 2 and 4 around the wrong way.

St Louis will grab Glenn Dorsey cause the guy can stop the run and is like a ramsacking Warren Sapp on Pass Rushing.

I think Atlanta takes Matt Ryan cause the kid is a good QB and they need a face after Michael Vick.

And The Raiders will get there prodigal son... the stars are alligning and this is how it falls in place. Chris Long will be a Raider.

Sorry bro, St Louis WILL take Chris Long. McFadden will be a Raider. I can almost guarantee you that.

That is what all those guys on ESPN are saying, as well. If the Raiders draft McFadden, it will be a terrible mistake. You gotta draft for needs, not to sell tickets. That would be a terrible pick. If I was them, I would take Dorsey.

That's why I have Dorsey in my mock. I mean, they already have 4 RBs in the roster and need help on their d-line. I know Al Davis has lost it, but come on... It would be a ridiculous pick. RB is one of the easiest positions to fill, and you'll hardly get a chance to get a DT like Dorsey in the future.

Word out of the Raiders is that they're considering trading down... if they find an offer they like. Which usually means they'll keep their current pick.

It's 8pm (8:20, actually) right now, so I'll be able to watch the first round, I guess... if it doesn't take as long as last year.

btw, seems like the Rams have already spoken to Chris Long and have assured him that he's gonna be their pick.

Yeah but Al Davis will pick who he wants, not who he needs. The guy is an idiot...

The Longs start it off with Ryan behind them. The Raiders are now on the clock... this is the pick that nobody knows. Not even Al Davis, probably.
