I guess you really can't ask for anymore than a game 7 at home...this should really show us what the Sharks are made of!

I have never watched a Sharks game all the way through. I am thinking of watching this one, though, just to say that I did.

To be honest, SF, that's how i got into it years ago. I watched the playoffs, and played the video games, and that's how i learned all the rules and strategies, which make the game more interesting. It's especially helpful on TV where it can't compare to seeing it live. But definitely game 7 is a must see. |

Phew.... we took game seven, fellas. On to round two.

Damn the Sharks dominated. But what was up with the refs? Nolan's goal was questionable, they don't call a slash when Thornton gets hacked right on his wrists, but they call Rismiller for a high stick when it was actually a calgary's player's stick. I'm glad they fought through that and didn't let the refs affect the outcome. I was really happy to see how the sharks played defensively when the flames pulled the goalie.

Yeah, that was key for them to keep going at the net even when they had the lead and the Flames pulled Kip. That was the problem with the other leads they lost in the series - they started playing way too passively.
Bring on Dallas. |

Wow, that was an amazing game. I only hope the Sharks can play the entire Dallas series with that motivation and aggression. It was like something registered in JR's head that this will be, quite possibly, his final stab at Lord Stanley's Cup. He was like a man possesed out there.
The Sharks ought to be able to carry momentum into this Dallas series, and should win the 1st 2 games at home. I also think it works in the Sharks favor that the series went to 7 games to shorten their resting period, we all know the Sharks play worse with extra rest for some reason or another. I expect this to be another amazing series, Sharks win running away in 5 games. ![]() |

I've only been to a couple regular season games in my life, but it's somethin else live man. Check it out if you can. I can't even imagine the playoff atmosphere |

I hope they come out tonight and take it right to Dallas. They need to bring the physicality of the Calgary series into this one and push around the Stars.

Damn, heartbreaker. The sharks didn't play bad though, just didn't take advantage of all the chances. They were hittin out there though, so maybe it'll take its toll as the series goes on.

yeah...I am sure they will more than bounce back on Sunday. But damn did Nabby get worked on that OT goal, that guy looked so confused and was way out of position.
