I figure Croshere will get to start this game, and let's hope he continues at the pace of 14 pts in 9.5 min  I am hoping to see the Warriors get off to a good start in this one. I say let Iggy do whatever he wants and do whatever possible to shut down the rest of the team...he can't do it on his own. Warriors ought to win this one running away, but as always, we shall see :headbang:

No way. He's gotta rest for the playoffs?. How do you expect us to beat anybody in the playoffs if we don't rest our key guy?

Ok, now seriously, Philly is playing better than I expected this year. They're bad, but they also play hard every night, and Andre Miller is having a really good season (well, lately).

I just hope we don't make it as close as the Seattle game. After the losses to Atlanta or Chicago, we better take care of these apparently easy games.

With that said, and knowing how we usually play against this teams, Dubs by 8.

Yeah...........this one worries me as Philly have alot of energy and have decent athletes..........so this may be a tough one.

We just HAVE to have a good start.............cant keep expelling so much energy going nuts to come back...........on bad teams!

No predictions as usual from me.............but Im worried.

One thing I forgot to mention is the matchup between Louis Williams and our own Monta Ellis. These guys always bring their A game against each other...this on should be fun!

The Warriors needs to get a strong start.

I'm following the Magic vs 76ers game right now and 76ers is up by 17 points right now. There's still 5 mins to play in the 3rd quarter. Still...

Andre Miller is on fire...already 24 points.

Agreed, maybe if the Dubs play some defense to open the game, it will fuel their Offense the way it does in the 2nd half

We suck at defense. Our defense is based on steals, other than that, only Jackson plays above average defense.

We need to make our shots. That's the way we win games.

But the way that we initiate our offense and make shots is by playing defense. When we don't get stops, blocks, or steals we don't shoot well on the other end of the floor.

Yeah, I know. What I'm saying is that we only play one kind of D, and it's totally based on causing turnovers.

If I'm not wrong, we're 25th in FG% defense... That says it all about the kind of D we play.

Damn.............I wish the rest of the guys even played "average" defense!

But of course, you are right, our defense fuelling offense is purely reactionary defense, ie: a steal or a block...........we dont have on the ball/man to man up defenders apart from Jackson, Baron is all reaching and hands, Pietrus is all anticipation, same with Beans, same with Monta, same with all of them..........Croshere has good defensive fundamentals, ie: blocking out and bodying up, but is too slow and stiff past that.

I hate when we play good ball handling teams with athletic guys...........we dont play well against them as we cant get those reaches to ignite the fast break.

Yeah, but you know what I mean. Fact is, some of our guys could be decent defenders (like Baron), but they are not reliable on D, which is the reason I don't consider them as "above average".

Some just suck, of course.

I've learned to live and die with our offense. And that's not gonna change soon.
