If we could get Smush Parker for Pietrus, straight up, I'd consider it a bargain.

Smush Parker and Dorrell Wright, for Mickael Pietrus and Kosta Perovic. Miami wants to drop Smush's contract (which only has ONE more year), they covet Pietrus, we could use a backup point, Perovic is trade filler to us, and Wright is another athletic guy who likes to run. Works in the trade machine. Who'd go for it?

Certainly not Miami. If you take out Dorell Wright, they might be willing to make that trade.

With that said, I don't want to Smush. I'd rather trade Pietrus for a pick (late first of early second) and be over this drama queen.

Smush has a year left on his contract, would fill in at backup point for us (a need), and proved 2 years ago with Kobe that he can play. I think getting him for Pietrus would be more than we could hope for.
