Hey all,

We had a discussion about why Nellie isnt in the Hall Of Fame awhile it looks like it may happen.

With Mully too, if they both got inducted at the same time, that would be rather nice.

I think, although Nellie has never won a Championship as a coach, he certainly deserves to be in for revolutionizing the game as he has, the amount of wins, longevity and just being the uncompromising/innovating charater that he is.

Mully, for the smooth, elegant, respected player that he was, putting up the numbers he did, the logevity (In terms of total year) and now his stellar work in the front office...............deserves it to.

Overall................ :D :D

Hers the article link =

First, congrats on the 700th post, Bigs. :D

I've already seen that. I think only Olajuwon can be considered a complete lock to make it in his first year of eligibility... although this HOF is a lot easier to make than the NFL one, so most of the big names will make it.

It would be nice for Nelson and Mullin to both make it this year!

They're both surefire HOFers, even if they don't get in this year.

I thought it was a travesty that Mully got shorted last year. He and Nellie should both make it, with Hakeem & Ewing.
