I have not but I would really like to. If you read it, what are your thoughts?

well i am just getting into it.... however it is a cant put down book from the start..
looks like he is genuine and wants to help others with the wisdom and mindset that made him successful . i find myself thinking on the principles he teaches in his book ... as i 1 interact with my wife 2 teach and comunicte with my kids (both very young) as dungy teaches paitence in dealing/teaching those around you. 3 how in business honor and chosing the right will get one further than underhanded tactics.. so far it looks like it will be one of a very few that i will take some life lessons away after reading

Tony Dungy is one of the genuinely great guys of the NFL. I've never liked the Colts, but I found myself rooting for them in the SB just because of Dungy.
He's a beloved figue in Tampa Bay, and not only because of his success as the Bucs coach. That guy has earned the respect of everybody whenever he's been. That's invaluable and says a lot about the kind of man he is. |

Though I am a Niner fan, and have no connections to Dungy, he is one of my favorite coaches. The guy seems like a nice guy, but also happens to be a great coach. Not many of those guys anymore.

I have complete respect for Dungy as a MAN and as a COACH. He manages to succeed while doing things the right way.

Really nothing to dislike about the guy. In an industry where everyone does things without class and morals, Dungy seems to stand alone. The type of coach you want in your organization
