I'll def be doing heaps of walks to goldengate bridge and golden gate park.
My Friendz say i gotta check out the Haigh for all it's zaney characters
& you know i'll prob be visiting Silicon Valley to check up on the whole Plastic Surgery scene.. Might even get a boobjob while im at it.

Alcatraz is definitely worth it if you've never been. Before noon on a weekday is the least busy time to go.
Haight is cool if you've never seen it, and you want to buy a cd at Amoeba, buy a bong or have lunch but other than that, there's really nothing to look at but some rock n roll shops, t shirts, vintage clothes and some homeless punks on meth. Martin Macks is a good pub in the Haight where a lot of Irish expats hang. lunch is ok there. burgers fries etc...
If you are into the hiking thing, I definitely recommend a trip to both Muir Woods and Mount Tamalpais in Marin County just north of the GGbridge.
Also, a drive up to the top of Twin Peaks on a clear day gives you a great view of the whole city, the Eastbay, and the Pacific Ocean to the west.
North Beach is great place for a night out too. Parking sucks though.
Casper's Hot dogs in the eastbay and a genuine Mission District burrito should be on your list.
Joel and I are already practicing our horrific impressions of the Austrailian accent which we will be using all day in your honor....
g'day mate!!
