If so I vote for Glenfiddich - that stuff can remove paint.

Is that a serious question???.............if so................Image

All scotch is whiskey dude.

But the pick of Glenfiddich redeems you! ............if you like that, try Glenlivet.

Yeah I know all scotch is technically whiskey Bigs but some people get really stuck up about it. I mean, if some people want to get really anal they'll say this is an Irish only choice since it is a "Whiskey" thread versus a "Whisky" thread which would be scotch exclusively.

For instance I wasn't sure if people were sticking to straight single distilled whiskeys or if it was opened up to include Bourbons and other branches.

Ahh..............well, truelly touche to you my friend!

Im a big spirits man, its pretty much all I drink and whiskey and rum are my drinks of choice.

Whiskey has to be Makers Mark and pretty much any single malt Scotch whiskey.............Johnny Walker too, although I do enjoy the occasional Jack on the rocks too.

Rum, I like the spiced rums...............Morgans Spiced (not Captain Morgans) is the best.

Gay guys don't drink wiskey. you don't have to like whiskey to be straight, but I've never met any gays or girls that drink whiskey. WTF does single malt mean and why is it better? And why is aged whiskey better? I've always been curious about that.

I don't drink much alcohol, if you ask me stuff like Johnny Walker, Wild Turkey, Canadian Mist (poor mans Southern Comfort), Jack, and SoCo are awful. always the last resort.

Personally I like Goldschlagger! you can barely taste the alcohol (cinnamon flavored) and it gets ya drunk fast! mix it with ginger ale!

single malt is like pure and tastes much smoother than blended.
well. alcohol, when properly aged, seems to get finer and less raw.
by the way, i'm still not sure if i'd prefer double matured over single mature. plus, double matured means it has at first been matured in ordinary oak casks and then cognac sherry casks - that's why i'm not a big fan double maturing - i hate cognac - it tastes like perfume.

by the way, bourbon is corn alcohol - it's about as whiskey as beer from juice

p.s. non meaning that i do not enjoy bourbon from time to time.

Never really understood why drinking this stuff was so popular. I know it helps loosen you up and forget about your worries to some extent, but that stuff tastes like dirt. and like E-Man was saying it's not really that good for you, at all. maybe it's just an aquired taste that I haven't aquired yet. Cheese tastes like I'm eating a skunks ass, but I do like it. in due time i suppose.

on a side note, I love tequila for a party (patron or Jose). the best thing about tequila is that after like 3 or 4 shots, everybody just starts yelling at each other. doesn't matter if your face to face or across the room, you just need to yell to make your point. next time you load up on tequila with your friends, sit back and watch this happen. it's great fun!

...I'd say both. But it gets better after it. As long as she doesn't pass out, of course.

Supposedly, absinth never was any more harmful than other liquors, but it had the reputation and that got it banned.

I'll get the absinth and genuine serving stuff and you bring the womens.
