ok so i gotta write in spanish if i think companies in America serve the latino community. Problem is idk wat to say even in english so if anyone has any ideas for me please help.

lol sry thats all he gave me, im taking like college level spanish but its not the spanish that i cant do its just the subject.

tough subject. Very vague as in what does it mean for companies? there are some that serve latinos well and i think a lot of times it is the private companies that are built up by latinos. Major corporations i think still are behind. But I don't think companies are where the issue lies. I think if the education is there , the opportunities will be there. I think its about a challenging educations that prepares latinos for the corporate world. That way , they have to be noticed. At this time, i don't think companies fully reach out to the latino community because the stereotype that they should be the laborers. I don't know if that is what the subject is, but that's what i think. It's not about them serving us but should be about us breaking through to them and making them notice us.
