would obama have been better off if he chose hillary over biden as his running mate.....to me palin came across strong? well i guess no one expected much from her in the first place

In my humble opinion, Palin didn't say anything I didn't expect her to say. Her speech was nothing any different than the daily reports on Fox News. "Terrorists are coming to kill you", "Obama is insufficient", "Oil, drilling, more oil"... sh*t just didn't move me at all.

I like Joseph Biden. I think he is a good politician who was able to find a way to be a great leader at the same time as overcome all the family issues he had to deal with. However, hillary deserved the nomination, and in my opinion was a better candidate then obama. She knows the politics of the white house as well as in congress. Can't go wrong there! |

Hilary would be great in any administration. She's very smart. Hilary for Sec or State? or head of a healthcare commission?
But I think she makes he an easy target for the right, and that is why she was passed over. I also was more than a little suspect of her lust for power. something in her giggle... but that could be a little trick of the media's trickling into my thinking. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3pIsA0Q ... re=related

Im happy Hillary isn't VP, even happier she didn't win the nomination. There is a problem with 20 years of bush and clinton. In my lifetime the only presidents i've had are either a bush or a clinton. The last thing this country needs is more political dynasties.

So very true, and that is one of the reasons why I didn't like her.
But if it's a choice between a McCain presidency vs. a Clinton presidency.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3pIsA0Q ... re=related

yeah, dynasties are a joke in this country. Bush related to 9 presidents. John Kerry when he ran was related to 7. Obama is related to Dick Cheney. But u have to admit jimbob that Bill Clinton was a reletively successful president, especially in contrast to the bush's. |
