Say three to four days a week. When I've done this in the past, I feel much better, less sluggish.

I still eat meat and a fair bit of it, especially when I ws in Portugal on holiday recently, all I did was fill myself with meat and all sorts of food really.

It is much healthier to eat plant based foods, but eating good meat is not bad

You think french is easier?

Since I can speak Portuguese I can get a grasp of both French and Spanish, but it takes time and the pronunctiations make it not so easy

HOTTEST FOOD IN THE WORLD

INDIAN??
MEXICAN??
THAI??
OR
JAPANESE??

I'd have to say that some of the Indian Curries i have had is hot, But Japanese food (Wasabi)... It's such a deceiving ingredient.
Green, Soft & Cuddly... It's like putting your hand into a cage thinking your gonna be patting a puppydog, Until you read the sign that says "Rabid Wolves" and your missing a couple of fingers!!!

I was reading an article on spicy food about a month ago. I read that there is a pepper in India that is considered the spiciest thing in the world. So, I would say India.

yeah it's called the Ghost Chile it's almost twice as hot as the Habanero... IMO Thai food is the hottest, although Indian food is similar in a lot of ways.
