Say three to four days a week. When I've done this in the past, I feel much better, less sluggish.
I still eat meat and a fair bit of it, especially when I ws in Portugal on holiday recently, all I did was fill myself with meat and all sorts of food really.
It is much healthier to eat plant based foods, but eating good meat is not bad
