-Make sure when you open the Nero smart start that you have CD selected on the top middle.
-Make sure when you are burning that you select the right drive (your DVD burner)
-Upgrade your DVD burner's drivers and BIOS - Check out the manufacturer's website. MAKE SURE that it is the proper BIOS files, you could destroy your drive if you do this wrong - follow the directions carefully.
-Call or email your manufacturer.
The problem, likely is not your media (Verbatim is good) nor is it likely your burning speed (though it couldn't hurt to try 4x or 8x just to see).

That could be. A firmware update might be what you need to make it work. As JReed says, be careful. |
