 That too. I just am very reluctant to trade a guy like Andris, whose ceiling is very high. He is just a kid, and he has been playing well. He is obviously a lot better this year than last, and I just hope he continues to improve. He does need to bulk up some, and stop commiting dumb fouls, but those come with age and experience. I like the kid.

Agreed. Andris is a very good center, in our offense. While he's been suffering through some defensive woes this season, he's traditionally been very solid on the defensive end. I have a feeling that if we ever played him and O'Bryant side-by-side, Andris would perform much bette guarding PFs (which is what he's used to). Unless we're getting a stud big man back, it's not wise to trade a legit center.

I totally agree with you two on Biedrins. There is a reason I bought a #15 jersey this year...I feel he is one of the pieces to the future. I can't really see us not resigning him

Not only that. We cannot not trade our only center for a position we already have covered...
If we trade Beans at this point, it has to be for another center... and we won't find a similar talent available. |
