Trade both of these players for the top pick this year and use it on Oden!
It will probably save the W's at least 110 million in future contracts for those two! Oden is at least 2 inches taller than AB and is twenty pounds heavier. He is a better defender and a better FT shooter. you bring this guy in and a team like Utah is in trouble! No more being outrebounded and you bring in a young athletic dominant shot blocker!

We need to win it all now! And we have the pieces to replace them without breaking up the whole team! It will save the team alot of cap space in the future!

Hey we're talking about the Grizzlies with probably the 1st pick! They need help at all positions! With Gasol playing mostly inside and let's say they draft Oden. That creates alot of problems for Gasol who likes to play the middle! So that makes Oden all of a sudden a high post center?

I would only make this trade if we are guaranteed the 1st pick! Getting Durant with the 2dn pick won't help us with our rebounding and shot blocking! I'm not sold on the kid from Texas who is only probably only 6'9 put a guy like SJax on him and he won't have a good game!

Let's hope the Grizzlies are sold on these two and give us the chance to draft the next David Robinson!

They have already said they won't trade the pick. Actually, even Gasol has said he won't ask to be traded if they draft Oden. What he needs is some help inside. It wouldn't make sense to trade the pick.

As far as this trade - Talentwise it is probably worse of the Warriors as Ellis and Biedrins are two very good players at their positions that will only get better but noone would trade either Oden or Durant anyway so won't happen
