i saw this on realgm and i thought that this 3 team trade is pretty good.

Clips trade maggette to us for #9 pick and 2007 1st.
Bobcats trade #3 pick and brevin knight for maggette, fisher, pietrus
GS trades #9, pietrus, fisher, 2007 1st for #3 and knight

with #3 pick we can get Rudy Gay or Aldridge or Tyrus whoever falls to us.

new roster:
PG: Baron/Brevin - should baron get hurt yet again we have a solid backup to run the team. brevin was just behind baron is assts last i checked and he did it with charlotte.
SG: JRich/Monta
SF: Gay/MikeD
PF: Ike/Troy
C:Andris/Adonal

why LA would do this: they get a top 10 pick this year and another 1st rounder next year for maggs whos coming off the bench(i think)

why Cha would do this: They get a vet who can hit shots in fish, upside with mickael, and good solid SG in maggs. they already have great pieces: felton, may, wallace, okafor

i think it works for all.

I actually like this trade... doesn't solve our need to give away Troy Murphy, but it's a great idea otherwise.

How can the Warriors trade the #9 pick twice?

I don't like it as Knight is fit to start and having him as a bench player and the 3rd pick not getting anything better than perhaps a decent SF is not enough for perhaps a lottery pick next season, a reliable player in Fisher and a spark in Pietrus

I don't think this trade benefits Charlotte at all. They'd be better keeping their pick AND their cap space.
