With Atlanta overloaded at the SF spot even before they drafted Marvin Williams, Harrington can be the odd man out. His contract is up at the end of the year and the Hawks will likely try to get something for him instead of losing him with nothing to show for it. They need size so either a PF or C. Possibly even a PG so Joe Johnson can slide into his more natural SG spot with Smith moving to the 3.

Give up Troy Murphy and Derek Fisher for Harrington, Lue, and Childress.

Line up:

PG Davis, Ellis, Lue
SG Richardson, Pietrus, Cheaney
SF Harrington, Dunleavy, Childress
PF Diogu, Cabarkapa, Taft
C Foyle, Biedrins, Taft

Harrington's contract is up and if wants to go elsewhere, then thats $6M that we have free to re-sign Mikael to a long term contract. If he decides to stay, then you find away to move Pietrus or Dunleavy at season's end.

Harrington is an underachiver and he is also too small to guard the bigger PF in the league. The W's rebounding numbers would go down!!!And Harrington would break the bank with his resigning!!!!
