Happy All-Star Break!
From Janny Hu.

Saturday night update: By the way, Gerald Green is my new hero. Yes, Dwight Howard was amazing. And yes, he deserved to win the dunk contest. But for sheer creativity, how does anyone top Green jamming while blowing out a candle ... on a cupcake ... on the back iron? Pure genious.

No All-Star Weekend in New Orleans for us, either, but still a small Warriors reminder out here at Lake Tahoe (where we're holing up for a couple of days).

A snow boarder was zipping down the slopes at Northstar today in this season's Monta Ellis throwback jersey. Pretty cool sight. And at the rate Monta is going these days, it won't be long before he adds an All-Star uniform to that collection.

So where are your Warriors this weekend? Monta went home to Mississippi, Brandan Wright to Memphis, Nellie to Maui. A few guys went to Las Vegas and a few are just relaxing in the Bay Area. Everyone needs to meet in Salt Lake City for a 6pm practice on Monday, followed by their post-All Star break opener at Utah on Tuesday.

At which point, one of Nellie's favorite jokes might also be expired. Wright, whom Nellie loves to say won't be ready to play until his braces come off, is set to have them removed this weekend.
