Warriors Waive Guard Aaron Miles
Rookie Appeared In 19 Games This Season

The Golden State Warriors have waived guard Aaron Miles, Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations Chris Mullin announced today.
Miles appeared in 19 regular-season games for Golden State, averaging 0.8 points and 1.3 assists in 6.2 minutes per contest. The rookie guard made the team’s Opening Night roster after being signed as a free agent training camp invitee on September 29, 2005.

With the transaction, the Warriors roster currently stands at 13 players.

It will probably mean more minutes for Monta... at least the minutes Miles played...

But why?, unless there's an impending trade and we need that spot on the roster...

As long as he is in control and doesn't shoot too much, Monta Ellis will make the team better getting more time
