barnes is a piece of ****. He turns the ball over so fuckin much. Already has 2 turnovers at the start of the half. Azuibuike needs to take his role barnes isalmost as bad as pietrus lately.

At least Nellie realizes that he has been struggling lately, cutting down his minutes substantially. He was the 8th or 9th guy off the bench tonight, and the minute that he started playing poorly, he was out of the game. He is getting chances to perform well, but just isnt taking advantage of his minutes. I wish he would get everybody that much of a chance.

Great win, but not the way I, nor anybody else expected it to go. Way too close for my taste.

Couple good things from the win, though, that I saw:

1) With Baron in foul trouble, they were able to keep the game managable, ending up riding him to pull it out.

2) Monta is impressing me more and more every game. That jumpshot is working, his driving is awesome, his speed, his energy, he is even playing defense. He looks really really good.

3) Good defense overall in the second half. Great team effort from everybody.

4) Glad to see them shut down Dunleavy and Jermaine in the fourth, just like we needed to. If somebody else beat them, okay, but dont let them do it.

5) Finally, did Murphy score any points? I didnt notice any....

Starting off 34-19 was really the only thing that screwed the Dubs. And slow starts are nothing new to this team. After the first the Dubs outscored 'em by 20 points, which would have meant a blowout without that first quarter.

In the end, that's what this game was. A blowout that was hampered by a bad first quarter. Davis and company really need to figure out how to stop these slow starts.

Just before anyone wants to step and and b*tch about how we barely beat a team under .500. This is the NBA, any team can win or lost on any given night. The goal is to win as many games as possible and get into the playoffs. Beating Memphis and Pacers counts just as much as Dallas and Spurs...

I worry about the team in the playoffs, when we get there, for now, I don't care who we beat, they can be the bottom dwellers, but as long as we win, WE WIN!
