Thats is actually the reason I have never cared much for the team. I hate that face Tim Duncan makes when someone calls a foul on him. Its kinda like this Great win Dubs! |

Pietrus made a great screen out of bounce. Unfortunately, that's illegal.
Great win. Harrington, Pietrus and Azubuike were big for us off the bench. I really enjoyed the minutes from Azubuike in particular. He made his shots and hustled. He really earned his start for the second half of the game. And no matter how bad of a shooting night Jackson is having, he'll always make his shots when it truly matters. Yeah...as Fitz said on the telecast after he hit the second 3 in a row. "It's not what he shoots, but WHEN he shoots." |

Thanks, I didn't notice that. Don't hate yourself in the morning... sleep 'til noon.

its been 11 years since warriors took in season series from the spurs

Might the Spurs be the new Mavs?

it wasnt until duncan entered the league when the warriors took the spurs in back to back meetings. but overall big win. even though it never should have went to overtime. this win will do more for the moral of the team just because we were able to go one on one with the spurs in OT. good to give SA their first loss in overtime games this season. looking forward to playing against the blazers... which will be a big game IMO, but not as much of a statement game as tonight

and about jackson being unconcious... i know whenever i play basketball and im shooting cold... i just pass the whole night. but for jax its really good and bad to have a player that no matter how good or bad a night he is having, we can still depend on him late in the game

Not to quote fitzgerald but the Ws beat the Spurs, with all three spurs stars having powerful games. Best win of the year for the Ws thus far. Major major props to Baron, Sjax for the OT, Biedrins for not fouling out (why the hell did SA stop feeding Duncan?), Monta for his unflappable shooting, and the bench for major contributions, including Pietrus, though his out of bounds screen was truly bizarre!
