This should be a close game. Warriors will have to play defense and do decently offensively. The Clips are doing well so far but they are not as strong as many think

this should be an interesting game. The Clippers owned us last year, and they are off to a hot start this season. Might be an early sign as to which of the 2 teams is "for real". Plus a win gets us 1/2 game from the division lead

I see this game deciding by a very close margin, should be a great game.

I see the Clips as falling slowly as the seaosn goes and the Warriors rising steadily but not a whole lot. The Warriors should stay at about the 55%-60% win/loss.

The Phoenix Suns are the team that will rise the most in the Pacific, they are better than the Clips and are a good match for the Warriors

Well Lets Compare:

In the point guard spot, I think Sam Cassell slightly edges Baron Davis as BD isn't 100% healthy, but if Baron is more than 80 percent healthy, I see him dusting Cassel in his tracks. So this is a coinflip.

In the shooting guard, Jason Richardson will have no problem with Cuttino Mobley.

and the rest of the frontcourt, we're screwed.

so I think we'll win 5+

I agree that the Clips have a better frontline but Murphy is not out done by Brand that much. He matches him in rebounds and scores some himself. Center position is about even as Foyle has been rebounding and blocking well and has also scored a little like last game. Obviously Maggette has Dunleavy but how much of the ball will Maggette see........

JRich has Mobley but he can't let him got off or Mobley will score a ton. Cassell is playing well but he may drop soon, you never know with him. Baron is stil better but not by mch right now.

The bench is ruled by the Warriors! The Clips have noone that can produce like Pietrus, Fisher and even Taft.

Warriors have the advantage

It won't take long for Pietrus to come off the bench......

Warriors have GOT to pull this one off. Very important game, I don't know how Dun will guard Maggette eventhough they were college teammates. I think Mickael should get the most minutes on this one, he'll be a good defender on Maggette.

Yeah - we'll need Pietrus against this offensively potent squad. I think this is a HUGE game for us. Montgomery has challenged his team to not comeoout soft after a win. They haven't been able to get consecutive wins in a while.
Baron will be excited about playing in his hometown and the chance to creep up the standings ladder. cassell is playing great, but J-Rich is ridiculous right now. My big concern is Brand. His #s may not be too much better than Murphy, but he can take over a game (which Troy can't) and he's a better defender. I wish we had Ike to bang down low with him.
It'll be our biggest win of the year! (if not, I think we split series with these guys.)

Hmm. I think Dunleavy is line for another 40 minute plus game.

Just because if his gonna fireup and finally break out of this funk, it's best to do it in front of his mentors ( Montgomery and SrDun )

Murph will move to Centre in some rotations. Pietrus will get his minutes as well.

But if you want to know the Lineup i'd run

5: Murphy
4: Foyle.
2: Jrich
1: Baron

I just like to switch it up on the 4 and 5 because Troy can't defend Brand and Foyle would do an amazing job on him. Plus Troy would dominate Chris Kaman on the inside.

I see this game starting out with the Clip taking an early lead due to their great starters. Around the end of the first quarter though, when most of the subs come in, the Warriors will make up the ground it will be a even match from there on out. The clip have a good 5 but not a good 10. IF the Warriors win this one it will be because there bench came through.

The only way dun should get a decent amount of court time is if he starts scoring! He can't guard Maggette at all and Pietrus is far better suited!

Obviously Foyle will have to guard Brand and that allows Murphy not to be exploited defensively. If brand doesn't guard Murphy that would be great.

Reckon the Warriors' backcourt might dominate this one. Might have to
