I remember really wanting Farried in the draft. Oh well. I'm satisfied with Thompson.

Faried sucked tonight (he played well the night before).

Anyways, Warriors win big... dunno how i feel about it. I want the tank (like we all do), but they looked real good tonight.... so confused.

Faried reminds me of Reggie Evans. Just annoying defender you want to posterize :)

Warriors are getting blown out. That trying hard is not working against good teams that actually try hard and execute.

Faried is a bit of a monster hey. he is only 6'8 and is listed as only listed at about 230 pounds, but seems real strong and muscular. He only gets slightly over 21mins a game, yet scores 9.5pts, gets 7rebs and 1blk a game, at 58FG%, though his FT% is under 70%. Looks like Denver got a good one fairly late in the draft last year. Gems can be found, it's not just about the lottery

Yeah, but we tend to miss out even on lottery picks...getting a diamond in the rough late is as same as seeing a miracle for the Warriors. lol

There's always a chance of gett ign a good player anywhere in the draft. It's just researching them and seeing them in person. You can tell alot by the way a player operates within his current college team. The FO just has to look for one that plays on a team where he is asked to do similar things that he will be asked to do for us

Yes, but you have to count on his development as well. You can't see that on the court. Some players never develop, they stay the same, and they had good college careers. There's a lot of things you need to take into consideration, personality being one of them as well.

I'm just saying that our FO wasn't real good when it comes to that, in the past years.

Some players picked rather late in the 1st round can be quite ggod straight away, though yea, bigs can take some time to develop and produce.

The franchise's FO has definately not been good in any sort of pickig most of the time, but a aim is an aim
