finally the giants have some sure hands up the middle. not a bad hitter also
think of this lineup so far Durham Vizquel Snow Bonds Alfonzo/Feliz Torealba/Pierzynski? Grissom Tucker/Mohr P Theres no doubt Sabean will get another bat whether it comes from the RF position and they leave Grissom in CF or move grip to RF and get a new CF.. Of course theres Steve Finley, who even at 39 hit 36 homers this past year  If something like this were to happen look for Grissom to play more of a platoon role with D. Mohr perhaps.

Great pickup for the Giants! Vizquel's defensive skills almost make up for Ray Durham being the worst defensive second baseman I have ever seen. What is with the Giants getting second basemen that can't play defense? Kent had the range of a sea lion and he was replaced by Durham!
