He deserves to get decent pay for sure

He shot over 40% from the field and over 33% for three. He's already a decent shooter. Ford's greatest weapon is his passing ability. If he can keep setting up the players around him the way he's been doing... the Bucks will mature and grow into one powerhouse of an offense.

Its fair to say that he's a decent shooter, but one could say that about Baron too. 41%, for his age IS DECENT but I can totally see him around 44% in a couple of years. His 3pt % should get a little better too.---***030***---

I doubt anybody would call BD a "decent shooter". He's below 40% from the field.

I agree about Ford. He's improved (a bit) his shooting since he was drafted, but there's still room for improvement. His better % are mostly due to the fact that he's taking smarter shots.

i like ford...injuries that could end your career really affect your game but i see him coming out on top and being on the next big PG's.

No doubt. He'll be a great player in a couple years or so.

Ford could be a Jason Kidd type of PG with the allround game. There is alot of young PGs (Nelson, Telfair, Livingston, Paul, Deron, Banks etc) that will be good in the future. The only one that looks like being a superstar so far is Chris Paul

paul didnt even play like a rookie this year. he played so well, i kept thinkin he was a vet. nelson, livingston, paul, and deron have better potential into growing into a star than telfair. really, he shouldve went to louisville.
