I'm not even sure the Cavs will get there. Chicago is keeping pace with them pretty well... and Kyrie Irving has - to date - stayed healthy. What happens when Irving takes one of his routine trips to the DL and the Cavs have to masquerade with Delavadova at the point for a month or two? I'd argue that it's safe to say his little Linsanity moment in the spotlight is over and his reputation as a Curry stopper has been laughably overestimated to date. Tristen Thompson can fill in pretty well for Kevin Love in a pinch, but the Cavs have no depth at PG and an injury to Irving will put LeBron back into Superman mode... which, as we saw in the Finals, is not something that can get the job done for Cleveland in a 7-game series.
