You can change your pick as long as the person choosing next hasn't made theirs. Otherwise, you have to state you want to make a change and ask those that have already picked if they wanted the player you HAD picked and if they say it's alright, you can make the change. Keep it simple. You can change it until the next person has picked. Asking for permission will get messy and possibly hold up the draft.
