Pawno, I think we should set a 24 hour limit to make the pick from the very beginning. If not, it's gonna drag on to the point that we'll be in a rush to finish in time.

Also, 24 hours is an ample enough slot to make the pick, and if you can't do it in time, you can always send a shortlist of guys to pick to the commish (that means, you) or somebody else.
