Nope. You must draft at that position. The draft order goes 1-14 in the first round and then 14-1 in the second round. So it's not always a bad thing picking last, although since there are 14 teams, it could be pretty bad. Picking first is always nice. You now have a choice between LT and AP... unless you surprise us all.
