I think Dwight Howard gets drafted this time because he's gone from a future star to one of the five leading MVP candidates this year.
I think that no player with less than 5 seasons in his career should be available for a legends draft. Who knows what may happen to their careers?. They may look great now, but that doesn't make them legends. They need to perform at that level for several years to achieve that status.
