Hey, that's a backup salary. Most starters are around 7-9 million (or more for real stars like Baron or Nash).

That's a usual 6th-7th man salary. Boykins will have to be signed by a team that sees him as their 1st or 2nd guy off the bench pretty much and the Knicks are one of the only teams that come to mind that pay that and over. Over 80% of a team's salary is paid to the starters

I remember I posted this thread and behold, the team did sign Hudson and for cheap :wink:

Amazingly, I was for the signing before it was made and now I'm not so much for it. Most on here didn't want Hudson butnow they are for it, go figure
