Barnes has done real well and has brought a good allround game at PF, especially earlier on. He would be great to resign for relatively cheap

Agreed. Of the bench crew, none of which have a contract after this year (with the major exception of Ellis), I'd rank them in this order:

1. Barnes (the only back-up forward that gets minutes)
2. Azu (2/3 is stacked, but this kid could be a starter on many teams)
3. Pietrus (will be given a fair contract from someone next year)
4. Powell (like the size and energy, but I'd like to see some production-rebs)
