Up 40 in the third.

May it be a sweet harbinger of things to come...

WOW, The Warriors looked impressive :D Wagner and Monta are no joke :!: :!: So many highlights I will just mention a few,
1) Baron on the break with a backwards shovel pass to Ike in traffic followed by a 2 hand Flying thunder dunk :D

2)Monta with a cross over at the top of the key and a super spin move freezing the defender on his hip, into the paint with a silky smooth floater over 2 defenders

3) Pietrus intercepted a pass thrown baseline and instead of falling out of bounds he managed to throw a behind the back pass to a fast breaking Monta at mid court who dropped it right back to a slashing Pietrus for the dunk :D
Pietrus played excellent overall basket ball both on defense and offense by penetrating and finding the cutter to the basket which led to Big dunks by Murph and Bedrins, Murphy was solid overall, going to the basket, on the boards and leading the break... Ike hit his outside shot and had a low block power hook shot, missed a defensive assignment but made up for it later by correctly executing a defensive play that resulted in a stop and near turnover which got Dunleavy to jump off the bench clapping for Ike, Oh don't sleep Dunleavy played a good game too, dropping dimes, going to the rack, leading the break and handling the rock...

Wagner simply switched gears and blew past everybody finishing with a 2 hand dunk on a Big man, teardrops, swooping lay ups and draw and kick's resulting in baskets :D
Baron looked good, had a sweet fade away in the post and got in the lane at will... Bedrins was active as usual and slapped some turkeys shot off the back board

Great way to start the new beginning even if it was against a turkey team who by the way lost last week by 16 to Denver 118-102 no way near the massacre that the New and Improved Warriors put on em...
Props to the stuffed turkey women in attendance though and also Turkey fans 1up'd the Warriors fans by having a rally chant 8)

The best part of the game was not having to see Foyle on the floor (read: 0 minutes, 0 points, 0 rebounds (similar point and rebound totals as if he did get playing time)).

Impressive game by everybody. The one thing that caught my eye was the missed FTs. Other than that, by the descriptions, it seems like the difference btwn last year and this year is almost night and day.

Foyle stayed glued to the bench. Good.
