LA would have a Cassell/Mobley/Livingston/Fish rotation, and we'd get a true complimentary 15-20 points scorer... He gets to the line. He's a better Dukie.
DOES ANYBODY OPPOSE AQUIRING MAGGETTE ?

Why would we attempt this trade in the first place...?
The best thing Fisher gave us this past season was durablility and reliablility... two things that Magette certainly isn't famous for. I admit, he's a better talent when healthy, but we already have one injury prone superstar. Why pay the contract of another?

That could have been possible last year, before Atlanta signed JJ, when they had the cap room to do it. Now salaries don't work.

Cory averages about 7.7 mill over the next 3 seasons. He earns his money and would be a great addition. Why give up Fish? Cuz he's really not that important with BD on board for the whole season. I like him, but I'd plug our SF problems before I look @ the guard positions.---***030***---
Nah... Whatever which way you spin it, Fisher shouldn't be in any long term plan. I'd rather live with Ellis/BD/ & whoever if we can add CM to the mix. Shiet... might as well trade down and grab Williams (Uconn). @ SF CM/DUN/MP & J23 will suffice, totally---***030***---
Well, still, that leaves us with only Baron and Monta... so what are we gonna do when Baron goes down holding his knee? Play Dunleavy at point when Monta's resting? I'm pretty sure we're not gonna resign Will Bynum, so we'll need Fisher. 2 point guards only works if they're both not prone to injury. Baron Davis isn't a guarentee. For that reason, we need 3.
That won't be an issue. Aquiring a 3rd string PG isn't a problem, rather getting one cheap that could really help is a hard task. If not Bynum then someone else would do + ya know Dun's gonna handle the ball too. I did mention trading down ( dump AF?) & picking up M. Williams in the draft thus giving us 3 PG's. That would do + we'd be 3 deep@every position---***030***---
