Haven't read that Varejao has been resigned. Was it for the minimum and for how many years.

Outside of Livingston and Iggy, most of our bench was actually pretty unreliable when it came to important games.

Barbosa played great for us also.

Sources: Warriors reach one-year deal with Anderson Varejao

Anderson Varejao has agreed to a return to the Golden State Warriors, according to league sources.

Sources told ESPN.com that the Warriors and Varejao have finalized a one-year deal that will bring the Brazilian back to Oakland after Golden State signed the longtime former Cleveland Cavalier in March.

Varejao, 33, spent the first 11 seasons of his career with the Cleveland Cavaliers after being selected 30th overall in 2004. He joined the Warriors following the 2016 trade deadline after he was moved to the Portland Trail Blazers and then waived.

During the Warriors' playoff run to the NBA Finals, he averaged 5.5 minutes and 1.2 points a game.

Information from ESPN's Royce Young was used in this report.

Getting Varejao makes the roster far more secure. He is not a shotblocker but is a good rebounder and passer. Would be great to have a very good shotblocker but it is what it is right now.

Is Jones a shot blocker?

If Mcgee makes it, we will be solidified at center. I think that they are just making sure Mcgee is serious, before signing him. It only makes sense to sign him for his freakish length and athleticism. Potentially gives us everything we need at center, when combined with Pachulia and Verajao and Jones.

Right now, here is our 15.

Curry- Livington
Klay-Mccaw- Clark
Durant- Iggy
Green- West, McAdoo, Looney
Pachulia, McGee, Jones, Verajao

Technically, McGee is not our 15th... he is on a "good faith" agreement. So technically, nothing is signed. He will try out during training camp with the warriors. But as of now, warriors do not plan on looking at someone else, so he will compete to be the 15th.
