Well Sabes finally gets it...I hope. They have finally figured out that they will not win a Division with these guys, THANK GOD!!! So what does this mean at second base? We gonna see Castillo there and Aurillia at third? Or what? Perhaps Velez at 2nd? I would assume we will get extended looks at Bur...

I dont know anything about minor leaguers but if these are top prospects then that is a great trade. Adrian Cardenas was the Phillies #2 rated prospect according to Baseball America. He is only 20, can field, hit for contact & has plus speed. He should be with the big league club eventually, ev...

I figure I will just quote myself for my opinion on the Eric Chavez situation.

sleandres wrote:Although he did make one bad choice, he should have kept Tejada (even if it turns out he is 50, not 34 ) instead of Chavez.

I just did attack baseball and I will continue to do so since I think it stinks and its hella boring. The Warriors were a playoff team last year but had that taken away with suspensions. They were not gonna make the finals or win cause they werent good enough. I will be the first to admit if the wa...

Why do I feel that quotes like these... Thats funny because poppovich is a true to life scumbag to me. He teaches a dirty style of play which is basicly cheating..........I dont respect his style of play or the players that have played for him. Contradict quotes like these??? Someone needs to take p...

Here is that Freddie Lewis article... SAN FRANCISCO -- Fred Lewis is the ideal leadoff batter among the Giants, even if he doesn't always feel suited for the role. Entering Monday's series opener against Detroit, Lewis ranked fifth in the National League with 4.26 pitches seen per plate appearance, ...

You know what I've noticed about Freddie? He has a knack for always getting caught looking. Don't know how many strikeouts he has on the year, but I bet the majority of them were caught looking. Hopefully, he'll fix that. I have faith in him to do so. Interesting observation. A good lead-off guy ne...

Definately would put Mullin in a better position to offer JSmith something and maybe land him. There are plenty of teams under the salary cap so other offers for JSmith will likely happen but the team is a very attractive loaction for JSmith right now Hey Miggy, or anyone else for that matter, have...

I voted no, the only time Barnes was a good player was in the Playoffs 2 years ago. If we were guaranteed to make the Playoffs and knew he would step it up again, then fine.

But when you are expecting a player to continuously play beyond his talents...you will never get what you are expecting

I like Rubio better I haven't seen him play or anything, but the name Ricky Rubio screams bust to me, and one year of being a 62 overall player on NBA live before being gone for good. But you know.. maybe hes great! Look up Ricky Rubio on youtube and you'll immediately change your mind. Y...
