Hate it of Love it... the Dubs are not playoff material (i.e. live & die by the 3)... I'm a die-hard Warriors fan but not this year fellas. For some reason, they don't want it as bad as the competition... I was saying something similar in the games thread. Yeah, this team is not a playoff team....

trlove is right, albeit for the wrong reasons. There was zero historical precedent for suspending a man for off-the-court actions, especially a man who was never proven guilty. The fact that a man could get suspended for a nolo contendre plea is pathetic, and it did truly cost us the season. Saying ...

There is no God is a Warriors fan this year!!! 8) Last year season is looking more like a fluke!!! All smokes and mirrors!!! dude, shut up. The Warriors are one of the eleven best teams in the league, and will easily finish the year as the best team in NBA history to not make the playoffs. They hav...

I lost all respect for Phil Jackson. FOUR Lakers players tackled Warriors players on that last play, and it was clearly an instructed strategy.

Thanks for those videos, but what do you think? I think politics is a big waste of time. What they do doesn't affect me. Regardless of who gets elected things are not going to change. I've been in this country long enough to understand that much. It's people who think that way that are the problem ...

I somewhat agree with 32 here...while I think 32 is underselling how serious this is, I agree that Fish should have just retired. If it is an ailment where he needs to see her routinely, he has enough money to stop playing hoops. He also had enough money to move her to Utah. I think he just probably...

The chances of this story even being real are low. Furthermore, it was just a petition that Hu Jintao wouldn't have looked at anyway. Past that, China interfering with Sudan would make Iraq look like a walk in the park in comparison. But my guess is Lebron didn't sign it because he knew it wouldn't ...

1. Lebron
2. Chris Paul
3. Kobe

Lebron is playing at a truly sick level. 31-8-7 per game? Are you kidding me? The only reason Kobe will likely win the MVP this year is because the voters know that Lebron will win 5-6 in his career and this is probably Kobe's last shot at MVP.

I actually think it's a good thing that the city is saying "no." I think it's bullshit that taxpayers should have to pay for arenas, they do nothing to improve the economy of the city and should be funded privately.

However, with all that said. I think the Warriors match-up great against the Rockets, and i hope that is the team the Warriors meet in the first round of the playoffs. :D Eh... the way they're playing right now, I'd rather play the Spurs. Anybody but the Lakers and Rockets. I think they're on a nic...

Why would the Lakers want to avoid the Warrioprs? They own the Warriors. We have no one who can stop Kobe , Gasol. Bynum, or Odom. Utah also owns the Warriors. We have done nothing to combat utah's size and strength. Nelly's small line-up does not work against those teams. Our best be is to catch H...

If Houston keeps streaking like this, we could see a playoff picture like this 1. Houston 2. SAS 3. LAL 4. Utah 5. NOH 6. Phoenix 7. Dallas 8. Warriors Would that not be the most crazy and well-balanced first round ever? You have the insanely intense PHO-LAL and Shaq/Kobe rivalry, you have the Dalla...

He probably won't make it this year. He's up against Hakeem Olajuwon, Chris Mullin, Patrick Ewing, Adrian Dantley, Dennis Johnson, and the legendary Togo Soares
