let me do my best Danny Ainge impression by saying "Wha wha wha?!? I barely even touched him!" it was just a suggestion. kirilenko's trade value is at an all time low and he's signed until 2011 when he's slated to make almost $18 mil in his final year. foyle only has two years left on his ...

I'm imagining an Eastern Bloc(k) frontcourt with Biedrins and Kirilenko, defending the post, blocking shots, and running the floor together. Could be just what the W's need! Salary-wise I think it works out pretty well though they will probably need to do some sort of sign & trade with Pietrus a...

Yeah, don't count out the Pacers. Like the Spurs, Pistons, Jazz, and Grizzlies, they are very fundamentally sound, which is exactly the kind of team that gives the W's trouble. I love the Warriors and I'm happy they're doing well and finally have some talent on the team, but a fundamentally sound te...

They needed to feed Diogu more in the first half. That's why he's in the lineup, right? To stabilize things. Once he figures out how to avoid foul trouble, look out. I liked what I saw from Monta Ellis and Zarko. Maybe Chewbacca can get re-signed and worked more into the rotation as an alternative t...

The only Knicks I'd want to be on the Warriors are the cheap, young ones: Frye, Robinson, Lee, Arriza. Okay, maybe Antonio Davis for his leadership skills and expiring contract. Frye and Diogu (the #8 and #9 picks in the last draft) in the same frontcourt? Man, I'd buy season tickets for the next de...

I love Jason Richardson but he's more of a guy who needs to be set up by someone (like Baron). But Pierce has the same swagger as BD. The same aura of leadership where he can will his team to win like Baron. None of the other Warriors really have that force of will (and who knows if they ever will)....

Two observations: Ike Diogu will lead the NBA in shooting percentage next year. The guy almost always converts the automatic ones and hardly ever selects a difficult shot over an easier one. Second, did anyone notice the two blonde hoochies sitting at courtside near the Warriors' bench? What was tha...

Well if they're 12-16 right now, that doesn't seem so unlikely. Question in my mind is if Danny Ainge would think he's getting enough in return for Pierce. Murphy has actually said he grew up dreaming of playing for the Celtics (Irish-American Notre Dame alum from New Jersey and all that). But I'm s...

Yeah, Foyle really played inspired basketball, which is a good thing. He's much better coming off the bench, like when he was backing up Dampier. Hopefully they can get Biedrins some playing time too to either develop him into their starting C or showcase him for a trade (I'd prefer he stay though)....

True enough. Murphy is probably more valuable than Miles who might have a little more upside (along with an attitude problem). But I just don't see Murphy, Dunleavy, and Diogu being in the same frontcourt. Not enough defense or footspeed. They need a tenacious defensive stopper in that frontcourt. A...

from what I read, the blazers are looking for a PF who can actually shoot from further out than randolph's normal range. i think randolph's already butting heads with nate mcmillan. either way, i suppose it's fairly unlikely the warriors would trade murphy to someone in the same conference. ideally ...

heh heh i love that image with dunleavy and the foot. yeah, it's true, miles' defense leaves a bit to be desired but the guy is so young and has so much talent in him. he could be a great defender if he put his mind to it. i feel like he's on the brink of becoming a really complete player if he just...
